Privacy Policy
Wildwire is a trade name of AAE Consulting Group LLC, based in Greater Boston, Massachusetts ("Wildwire", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through wildwire.ai, our email, and our LinkedIn Page, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you fill in the assessment form or email us, we receive your name, company, email address, industry, and anything you write in your message.
- Client project information. If you hire us, we work with business records you choose to share, such as job, customer, vendor and invoice data. How we handle that data is set out in our agreement with you.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
- LinkedIn activity on our Page. We use LinkedIn's official API to publish posts to the Wildwire LinkedIn Page and to read comments and mentions on our own posts, so we can reply. This includes the public profile details LinkedIn shows with a comment, such as name, headline and profile photo.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule a systems assessment.
- To deliver the work you hire us for.
- To publish content on our LinkedIn Page and respond to people who engage with it.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
LinkedIn data
We access LinkedIn only through LinkedIn's official APIs and only for our own Page. We use comment and profile data only to display and respond to engagement with our posts. We do not build profiles of LinkedIn members, combine their data with other sources, or share it with anyone. We keep it only as long as needed to respond, and we follow LinkedIn's API terms. You can manage what LinkedIn shares in your LinkedIn privacy settings.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: delivers messages sent through our contact form.
- ImprovMX and Google: email forwarding and our inbox.
- LinkedIn: our company Page and its API.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails and form submissions for as long as we're in conversation with you, and then for up to two years. Client project data is kept as set out in your agreement, and is deleted or returned when the engagement ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@wildwire.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
